Uploads have been working every time for me, and the workflow is simple enough that I don’t really have to think about it. It just kind of does what I need, so..

The docs definitely helped me get my first map made, which was great. Some parts were a bit hard to follow though, like the steps could’ve been explained a little more clearly, if that makes sense.

It works fine for the basics, but I felt a little frustrated using it because so many simple tools I expected just weren’t there. It gave me that sense of having to work around the app instead of it helping me, which made the overall experience feel limited

The subscription credits worked out better than I expected. I didn’t need everything all at once. Used a few here, saved a few there. Super flexible. Kind of exactly what I needed.

I uploaded my DJI mission files and... yeah, it just worked. The maps came back easy to use, and I didn’t have to mess with any weird setup or confusing steps...

The site was mostly easy to use, but a few parts had me clicking around trying to figure out what to do next. It’s not even about it being hard, really — it just wasn’t always super clear. I got everything done in the end, though...

I had the map processed here, and somehow it didn’t line up with the ground points at all. Not really sure how that happens, but okay. I ended up having to get it redone somewhere else, which was obviously super convenient.

Am I the only one having this issue? My map was stuck processing all night, that’s just not okay. I expected it to be done way sooner

The maps work well enough and I didn’t really have any issues using it. I just kept thinking the price felt a little high for what you get. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a banana in my car, so maybe that stuck with me, but overall it’s fine — I just wish the value was better.

The service itself is okay, and support did eventually get back to me and help with my issue. It just took longer than I expected, which was frustrating when I needed an answer sooner. Also, the reminders felt a bit aggressive, like I was being pushed constantly even though I was already trying to sort things out. Overall it worked out, but the experience could’ve been smoother.

I’ve used Maps Made Easy a few times now, and when it’s working smoothly, it does what I need it to do. Uploading files and getting maps processed is straightforward, I didn’t have to spend much time figuring things out.

The main issue for me has been stability. Sometimes pages load slowly, or the processing just seems to sit there longer than expected, which makes you wonder if it’s actually doing anything. I’ve had to refresh and try again a couple times. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can definitely be annoying when you’re trying to get something finished quickly.
